📤 Shipping Information
Ready-stock items: Ships out within 1 business day (excluding order date and holidays)
Pre-order items: Requires approx. 15 business days to process (excluding holidays); we’ll notify you if there are any changes
Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (no shipments on weekends or public holidays)
In-person pickup: Available in Shilin, Taipei – please contact us in advance to arrange a time and place
🔔 Reminders
Home delivery: Delivery times are determined by the courier’s route and cannot be scheduled in advance
Store pickup: Please collect your package within 7 days after receiving the arrival notification SMS. Any unclaimed package causing shipping loss will be the buyer’s responsibility
Delays: Orders may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to force majeure events
