Return Policy

🔍 Trial Period

In accordance with the “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales” regulations, the following items are not eligible for the 7-day trial period and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Perishable items or products with short shelf life (including clearance or near-expiry food)
• Any food that has been opened or consumed
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
• Opened audio/video products, software, game or gift cards, and other virtual point cards
• Opened personal hygiene items

For all other products, you have a 7-calendar-day trial period starting from the date of receipt.

If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days, and provide the following details:

• Name
• Order number
• Contact number
• Name of the item to return
• Reason for return and supporting photos

❗ Return Guidelines

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and unconsumed, and free from any damage caused by human error
• Please retain the complete original packaging (including outer carton), all accessories, and the invoice
• The 7-day trial period is meant for inspection only, not for usage or testing. Items that have been used, sampled, or opened will not be accepted for return

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Request made after the 7-day trial period
• Product has been opened, used, or consumed
• Damage caused by human error: scratches, stains, breakage, or wear
• Packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing
• Malicious or frequent return behavior

🔄 Return Process

• Contact our customer service
• Wait for confirmation of return eligibility
• Prepare the complete product with packaging, invoice, and accessories
• Provide recipient name, contact info, and pickup address
• Our partnered courier will collect the return item

💰 Refund Policy

• Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be processed directly to the original credit card used for payment
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your designated bank account after the return is confirmed

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Items for exchange must be unused, unopened, unconsumed, and undamaged
• Please keep all original packaging and accessories; otherwise, we cannot process the exchange

🔁 Exchange Process

If an exchange has been agreed upon:

• Please follow the standard return process
• Reorder the item on our store
• If there is a price difference, we will issue an invoice for payment or refund
• If there is no price difference, no further action is required
